Please note that due to the unique nature of our products, small irregularities and variations from the image may occur. All dispatches are final, and we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds except for fulfillment errors such as missing, incorrect, or broken items. Please inform us within 3 days of receiving your order if any such errors occur, and we will do our best to help you with a store credit or a refund. An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage claim.

CANCELLATION
As much as we love creating your orders, please understand that there may be certain times when we are unable to accept an order and must cancel. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies/errors in product or pricing information, or glitches in the website. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after you have been charged, the said amount will be reversed back into your account.
